RPS of Lee-On-Solent called us today on behalf of a landlord who’s tenants had moved out of a property in Gosport.

We attended the landlords property in Gosport to find that there was keys to the front door only.

We started with the back door, by picking the mortice lock, which we managed to open and replace.

The next door was a wooden side door which also had a mortice lock with no key, so we had to pick open that as well. This one proved a little more difficult but we managed to open and replace the lock.

Lastly the front door had a mortice lock and night latch, these didn’t take long to undo and replace.

The landlord was completely satisfied that her property in Gosport is now secure and that the tenants won’t be able to gain entry if they are to return.
