Miss Barrett of Fareham called us last night at 10.45 after she got home to find she had lost her keys, she had a spare key at her neighbours house which she collected but unfortunately it snapped in the lock.

Miss Barrett called as we are a local locksmith providing a 24hr Emergency Locksmith service, based in Lee-On-The-Solent. She was upset and panicking that she wasn’t going to get back into her property.

We assured Miss Barrett that it wasn’t a problem and we would get her back in. Being so late it only took us 15 minutes to get to her in Fareham.

On arrival we extracted the broken key from the lock, then picked the lock to open the door. Miss Barrett was very grateful to be in her home.

She didn’t have any spare keys so decided it was best to have the lock changed, so we changed it for her.
