Mrs Brown of Hill Head in Fareham called us yesterday after someone who was using her holiday home had taken the key to the balcony doors.

As she had other people using the holiday home she wanted the lock replaced rather quickly.

We were with Mrs Brown in Fareham within half an hour. We were shown the lock which needed to be replaced.

We could have snapped the cylinder but instead we used a non destructive technique called raking. Only took a few seconds for the lock to open.

 

 

 

 

 

Once opened we replaced the cylinder for Mrs Brown,  leaving her with a new lock and 3 keys.

Mrs Brown was happy with the service provided and happy with how quickly we could attend at such short notice late in the evening.
