Our customers was an elderly couple who were quite distressed as they couldn’t get into their home as they had lost their keys.

We arrived at their property in Gosport and picked open the lock. They were very happy to be back in their house.

Once we had picked open the lock we advised it was best to change the lock as they didn’t have a spare key. They agreed.

We replaced the lock for the couple who were happy to be back in their home and knowing it was secure as they had a new lock and keys.
