We were in Fareham today changing several locks for a customer who wasn’t feeling very secure in her home.

As a local reliable and honest Locksmiths company we were highly recommended to Mrs Taylor, who decided to call Solent Mobile Locksmiths to change her locks.

We arrived at 11 O’clock as Mrs Taylor requested this was the best time for her, I introduced myself and asked her where she would like me to start.

We started with the garage door, changed the euro cylinder, then changed the same on the front and back doors. Mrs Taylor has a wooden internal door which wasn’t very secure.

We advised if she wanted extra security then she would be better off having a mortice lock fitted and deadlocking night latch.

Mrs Taylor decided that she would take this option as she often leaves her porch door open.

We fitted the new mortice lock and night latch. After we finished Mrs Taylor asked us if we could fit a security chain for her. We kindly agreed and fitted her a new door chain.
