Solent Mobile Locksmiths were called today by a landlord who had a call from his tenant saying they couldn’t lock or unlock the door of the rented property in Gosport

The landlord wanted us to attend as quickly as we could.

We arrived within 30 minutes to find the front door was Upvc and the key stuck in the lock.

We managed to remove the key and then the lock.

We fitted a new cylinder and the lock operated as it should do.

Another problem was the door wouldn’t stay shut when pushed closed. It would just swing open again. We adjusted the keep and the door now stays shut.
